Karate

This popular class is a disciplined introduction to the sport by Kaizen Karate.  Your child will learn the beautiful art of karate while gaining safety and defensive skills in a respectful environment.  The class will also emphasize the basic karate principles of focus, patience and self-discipline.  Returning students will continue to work toward new belts while first time students will be able to start the belt program.

Yoga

Develops focus, flexibility, strength, and coordination through yoga poses, stories, songs, drawings, and games. Classes enhance energy while teaching children how to remain calm and centered. Children learn basic movements in a fun, relaxed setting. Benefits increase patience, posture, confidence, and self-esteem. Poses are learned individually, with partners, and groups.

Running Club

Teaches proper running techniques and basic running fundamentals. Warm-ups, stretches, drills, and games are designed to help develop student’s speed and endurance. Designed to provide a fun, safe environment for students that will engage in distant running.
